How do I return a faulty product?
If you have a faulty item, please contact us at sales@spotstores.co.uk (your email will be dealt with immediately) or call us on 0844 272 7600 and we will send you a replacement product along with a pre-paid pack for you to return the faulty item to us.
How do I return a product for reasons of the wrong size or colour?
We will be pleased to exchange an item, no matter if it was your mistake our ours. Please contact us at sales@spotstores.co.uk (your email will be dealt with immediately) or call us on 0844 272 7600 and we will send you a replacement and packaging with a postage paid label. We accept you have to break open the original packaging to examine your purchase, but would appreciate you returning the products with the original product packaging, including labels and tags, in as-new condition and unused.
How do I return a product for the reason I’ve just changed my mind?
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please contact us at sales@spotstores.co.uk (your email will be dealt with immediately) or call us on 0844 272 7600 PRIOR TO SENDING THE ITEM. We will process a refund for you (excluding the original delivery cost) when we receive the item. If you return an item due to changing your mind, we ask you to pay the postage to return the item to us. We accept you have to break open the original packaging to examine your purchase, but would appreciate you returning the products with the original product packaging, including labels and tags, in as-new condition and unused.
How long do I have to return an item?
You must make your request for exchanges or returns within 30 days of your purchase. In the case of items bought as gifts for Christmas, we will allow exchanges and returns until the end of the following January.
How quickly will you process any refund?
We aim to process all returns and refunds on the day we receive them, occasionally the day after.
