Delivery

What are your delivery lead times?
We ship all our orders on a Next Day service. 

• Orders received by 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be dispatched that day*.
• Orders received on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday*.

* excluding Public Holidays (England).

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, delivery times may be extended.

Where will you deliver to?
Our standard delivery charge covers deliveries to mainland UK, including IoM, IoW.

If you require a delivery to the Channel Islands or overseas, please contact us for a quotation on sales@spotstores.co.uk  

What are your delivery charges?
We only have one charge of £4.50 per item for delivery within the UK.  Our competitors Special Delivery is our Standard delivery – with us, no extra charge!

Which delivery company do you use?
Our deliveries are made by UK Mail and Royal Mail.

Is a signature required?
Yes, but if you are out, our delivery company will leave a card telling you they have tried to deliver.  You can contact them and arrange a free delivery at a more convenient time, or collect from your nearest UK Mail or Royal Mail depot.

I have a problem with a delivery – how do I contact you?
If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, send us an email to sales@spotstores.co.uk   This email is monitored constantly during working hours and will be responded to quickly.
